Elliott Macneil
I'm a PhD student at University College London, working on photoacoustic tomography. Outside research I enjoy running and chess. If you're looking for somebody taller, my brother is Guillaume Macneil.
Projects
- beamax — a JAX implementation of the fast multiscale Gaussian wavepacket transform and multiscale Gaussian beam method for acoustic simulation.
- chirpy — a Python framework for full-waveform inversion in ultrasound tomography, supporting time- and frequency-domain simulation.
- reti — reproducing and extending the statistical endgame analysis from Müller and Lamprecht's Fundamental Chess Endings across ~17 million games, using open-source tools.
